Otomize Ear Spray 5ml helps treat mild to moderate outer ear infections (otitis externa or swimmers ear). 

Otomize contains the active ingredients neomycin sulphate, acetic acid and dexamethasone. The ingredients work to fight infection and reduce inflammation. 

The symptoms of an ear infection usually start quckly and can cause pain inside the ear, high temperature, feeling sick, lack of energy, a feeling of pressure in and around the ear, dry or flaky skin around the outer ear, dishcarge running out of the ear etc. Any of these symptoms could be a result of an infection of the outer ear canal.
