When inhaled: children from three months to two years old: Put one drop to a tissue, then place it next to the child’s nose so they can breathe in the fumes.
Children and adults 2 and older: Take a tissue, add 2 or 3 drops, and inhale the vapours. Use it at night or put it in hot water. Keep your distance from a child’s skin. For infants younger than three months, not advised.
