What is Gaviscon Liquid Aniseed 150ml?
GAVISCON LIQUID ANISEED is used for the following conditions: reflux oesophagitis which is known as an inflamed food pipe; gastric reflux which is the reflux of stomach contents into the oesophagus; flatulence which is an accumulation of gas in the stomach or intestines; heartburn, including heartburn during pregnancy; and conditions associated with gastric reflux including hiatus hernia (which is protrusion of muscle through a muscle wall); retrosternal distress and epigastric.
Indigestion and heartburn can be treated with the original Gaviscon aniseed formulation.

• Bloating

Ingredients
Each 10 ml of GAVISCON ANISEED LIQUID contains Sodium Bicarbonate 267 mg and sodium alginate 500mg. The other ingredients are calcium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, fennel flavour, erythrosine, carbomer, sodium saccharin, and water. It contains preservatives such as Propyl hydroxyl benzoate 0.06% m/v and Methyl hydroxyl benzoate 0.4% m/v. Also, it contains sweetener, Saccharin sodium 0.100% m/v.
